Absorbent Care Pad
Leak-resistant absorbent pad placed inside the carrier. Sized for short and long transfers, compatible with refrigeration and standard cremation prep.

Plant-based zip closure bag used to seal remains inside the carrier. Tear-resistant and certified compostable by supplier documentation.

Reinforced folder for paper intake, owner consent and medical notes. Carries the same case ID printed on the case identity label.

Case Identity Label & Seal
Tamper-evident seal label carrying the unique case number. The same ID is referenced on stage 02 process records and stage 03 certificate.

A repeatable five-step handover.
The same five steps are used by every operator trained on the system. Anything new added to the catalogue can drop into a specific step without changing the rest.
- 01 · ReceivePlace the companion in the Soft Transfer Carrier on a flat surface. Confirm pet name, owner name and intake time on the Case Record Folder.
- 02 · LineLay the Absorbent Care Pad inside the carrier. The pad is single-use; folded spares are kept in the case folder pocket.
- 03 · ClosePlace the remains inside the Biodegradable Zip Pet Remains Bag, then close the carrier. Apply the Case Identity Label & Seal across the closure.
- 04 · NumberPrint the case ID on the Case Record Folder cover, on the seal label, and on the inside transfer slip that travels with the carrier.
- 05 · MoveHand the closed carrier to the courier or to the next internal stage. The ID card stays with the operator until the family return.
